iMitig8 Risk Global has a dashboard to help Risk Engineers in the field perform inspections with ease. Specialists can collect risk information using our report notes feature, determine likelihood and severity of risk, record time & expense, add images and videos to risk items, and review underwriting information at the touch of a button.

Each project is given a risk score using our bespoke algorithm, which collates over 500 data points. Risk Scores are instantly provided at the end of each inspection or virtual meeting, along with suggestions to the stakeholders on how to improve the risk score.

Scheduling appointments can require coordination between many stakeholders, which can be difficult to manage. The appointment feature connects seamlessly from the mobile app to the stakeholder’s portal which notifies all participants with trigger alerts and reminders before meetings.

Dashboard

The interactive dashboard provides a snapshot of the risk portfolio through various lenses. Intuitive and easy to use, the dashboard has been designed to provide the user with key information, perfect for managing projects and deadlines.

Global Ecosystem

A unique feature that captures the risk recommendation categories and claims reported for all insurance subscribers within the secure cloud platform. iMRG provides globally aggregated data while protecting the identity of the insurance companies and their clients projects. This allows a deeper understanding of the type of recommendations and claims your projects are exposed to globally.

TIV/VAR Map

At a glance, the system collects TIV and VAR data to show insurers project-related risks over time. Thanks to our partners at Monarch Weather Consulting and ESRI, natural hazard overlays can be provided to see a snapshot of what values are at risk at any particular time.

Improve Risks

The system allows for the insured to see where negative reviews impacted the risk score. This helps the insured to be proactive in improving project risk scores by targeting key areas.

Budget Monitoring

The insurer can send vendors an invitation to submit a fee proposal before allocating the project. This automatically tracks the response and sends out acceptance emails to your chosen vendors. The budget is also tracked and controlled by default or bespoke selection. Alerts are sent to the Insurer to notify when the Risk Engineering budget reaches 75%, 85%, 95% level.

Files & Documents

We understand third party folder storage and file transfer systems can be a security issue, but with iMRG all files, documents, photos, and videos can be shared across the platform securely.

Inspection Map

The Platform allows the Inspector to schedule appointments. Once this is set, the system automatically alerts the stakeholders and indicates the inspection status on a global map. A reminder alert is also triggered, so the inspection appointment is always managed efficiently.

Risk Layout

The Risk Engineer will have the benefit of allocating ‘priority risk pins’ directly on the layout plans. This helps with compliance when the risk item is closed by the insured.

Our Team

iMitig8 Risk LLC was formed in 2016 by David S.G Baxter, Risk Engineer and Managing Director of Mitig8 Risk Management, to provide software solutions to the Insurance Industry. Mitig8 Risk Management (MRM) is Consultant Firm to Insurers, providing Loss Control and Risk Engineering Services. We found that after 10-years in business and managing some of the most prestigious projects around the world, there was no real way to capture real-time data and lessons learnt from the collection.

David is the Founder and CEO of iMitig8 Risk LLC. An entrepreneur and inventor, David has 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, Insurance Loss Adjuster & Insurance Risk Engineer, bringing together the skillsets required to develop a SaaS platform at this level.
